Key Personnel . . .

Ron Hamilton--CEO and Head of Sales and Administration

Mr. Hamilton has worked in virtually all facets of the oil and gas business since the 1970s and brings over thirty-five years experience in the industry to our consultancy. During his career, Ron has owned and operated his own company, Hamilton Oil Tools, and has worked in managerial positions for a half-dozen other oil-field companies: as Operations Manager for Petroleum Directional Drilling; as Gulf Coast Divisioinal Manager for Eastman Whipstock; as Manager of Sales and Operations for North Star Directional; as Gulf Coast Divisional Manager for Schooner Petroleum; and Corporate Salesman for Tomahawk Down Hole. His oil-field credentials provide a solid foundation for RH Oil & Gas Enterprises.

 

Tom Falgout, Ph. D.--Head of Engineering

Dr. Falgout earned his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech University in 1964. After teaching engineering for five years at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Tom began working in the petroleum industry. From 1974 to 1984, he owned and operated Pioneer Fishing Tool Company; from 1984 to 1989, he managed the R & D Department for DMI Oilfield Services; and from 1989 to 2007, he owned and operated Tomahawk Downhole Service. He brings forty years of experience in the industry to our consultancy.

 

John W. Fiero, Ph. D.--Head of Technical Writing/Editing and Computer Technology
Dr. Fiero earned his doctorate in English at Florida State University in 1968. He taught in his discipline at the University of Southwestern Louisiana from 1969 until 1998, when he retired as professor emeritus. Thereafter, as an adjunct faculty member, John continued to teach technical writing and work as a freelance writer and computer consultant. He has published extensively in research texts in a variety of fields and, with his wife, has published an online technical writing manual.
